The Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office should be as easy to use as online banking. I will prioritize a modern, reliable payment platform that works seamlessly across devices, reduces processing errors, and lowers unnecessary convenience fees.

My goals include:

Expanding secure self-service options, such as online document uploads, penalty cancellation requests, and automated payment notifications.
Providing clear, step-by-step guidance on payment plans and penalty relief.
Increasing outreach to seniors, veterans, and homeowners who may qualify for delinquent payment assistance programs.

I will work to build a system that reflects the needs of today’s taxpayers.

Community Education & Engagement
